Jeff England
Since 1989, Jeff England has provided project management services to condominium homeowner associations, commercial property owners, and single family homeowners. Projects have included a wide variety of renovations. Services range from inspections, forensic studies, and initial planning through complete project management. 

Prior experience includes construction engineering, structural design, project cost studies, and a significant amount of associated computer support work.
